DO YOU WORK AS A TEAM?
Yes – we love working together! We find that we deliver the best solution for our clients when we bounce ideas off one another.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Each client’s situation is different and estimated times are determined on a project-by-project basis:

Our minimum session is 3 hours, which can be enough to complete a small space (minimum session not applicable to our 'Getting you started' service).

Larger projects may require multiple or longer sessions.

At the end of each session we will review our progress and set up a follow-up session, if required.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT?
We highly recommend that you are available at the start of the project, so that we can work with you in deciding which items are to be kept, donated or discarded. We prefer to work closely with you during this stage as it is ultimately your decision as to what you want to do with your items. After this initial process has been completed, you are welcome to take a well-deserved break and only return for the big reveal!
DO YOU WORK WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
We understand not everyone has availability during weekday hours and we will attempt to co-ordinate a time that suits you. Weekends, public holidays and after-hours sessions attract a 20% surcharge.
WHICH AREAS DO YOU WORK IN?
We generally work within the western suburbs & surrounding areas of Perth, Western Australia. If you are uncertain about your area, feel free to make contact with us here. If you need help with your holiday home in regional WA, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE STORAGE CONTAINERS?
No problem, after consulting with you, we can recommend and source storage containers and other solutions for your space.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Each project is unique, just like our clients! Our fee is based on the scope of work and time involved in meeting your specific requirements and these will be discussed on a project-by-project basis.
I AM EMBARRASSED ABOUT MY SPACE!
You don’t have to be! We are here to help - it's what we love to do! We are focussed on making your space work for you and understand that most people are time-poor and tasks like organising spaces are often not a priority.
