How We Work

 

Let's chat!

We begin with a free initial phone conversation to discuss your situation and organising project. This will help us understand your goals for the space and how best we can assist you. Then when you're ready, we'll schedule a catch up at your home.

For the Basic In-Home Service, we'll organise a date and time to get started on your Mini Makeover!

Planning

For Full In-Home Services, we'll visit you on-site to view your project/area and discuss your specific needs, including what you hope to achieve long-term.  We will then follow-up with a quote by email, including estimated session times and related costs.

Decluttering & Organisation

Then we sort your space!  We can work side by side with you or on our own. However, client involvement is recommended at the decluttering stage, as we go through each item and decide what needs to be kept, donated or discarded.  Once these decisions have been made, you can relax and leave us to complete the organising stage.

 

We are focused on making this experience enjoyable for you, while ensuring that your spaces are specifically tailored to your needs and also easy to maintain going forward.
